Keyrock announced the launch of a dedicated Asset & Wealth Management division following its acquisition of Luxembourg‑registered alternative investment fund manager Turing Capital, the firm said.
Global Crypto Market‑Maker Keyrock Acquires Turing Capital to Launch Asset & Wealth Management Division

The move brings Turing’s systematic, onchain and risk‑focused investment strategies and fund management structure into Keyrock’s global crypto investment platform, expanding services for institutional clients and private investors beyond market making, OTC and options trading. Jorge Schnura, Turing’s co‑founder, will serve as President of Keyrock Asset & Wealth Management and join the group’s executive committee; Kevin de Patoul remains Keyrock CEO. The division will operate as a distinct business unit and Keyrock has filed under MiCA with Liechtenstein’s FMA to broaden activities into crypto portfolio management and advisory services. Keyrock said the acquisition strengthens its institutional credentials and supports its long‑term goal of bringing asset management onchain while maintaining enterprise‑grade risk and compliance frameworks.
