London, June 20th 2024Verasity, an open-ledger advertising ecosystem and creators of internationally patented Proof of View technology for preventing digital ad fraud, has welcomed Mark Firth as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Counsel. Firth succeeds RJ Mark, who will transition from CEO to focus solely on his role as Founder.

Firth brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience across consumer products, technology, and consulting industries. Prior to joining Verasity, he served as Director at investment group Prosus, where he provided strategic guidance to OLX Group businesses worldwide under various regional and global General Counsel capacities.

During his tenure at Prosus, Firth oversaw the progression of Dubizzle.com from a fledgling start-up to a nine-figure enterprise. He also held executive-level positions at Letgo and other OLX Group entities. With extensive expertise in corporate and commercial law across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the US, Firth is well-equipped to lead Verasity into its next phase of growth.
