The Polygon-powered prediction market Polymarket has seen significant betting activity regarding the 2024 U.S. election. As of 4 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Polymarket metrics reveal that the bet titled “Presidential Election Winner 2024,” valued at $294 million, shows Trump leading substantially.
Currently, Trump holds a 66% probability while Biden has 18%. Vice President Kamala Harris is third with 9%.

With 126 days until the election, Polymarket data indicates that Trump is ahead in all swing states, including Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Additionally, the prediction market suggests a shift in power from Democrat to Republican. At the time of reporting, Polymarket indicates that Republicans will control both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

The likelihood of Biden dropping out of the race remains at 48% on Polymarket. Another wager shows Biden’s chance of being the Democratic nominee at 66%, with Harris at 21%. Markets on predictit.org reflect Biden with a 51% chance of being the nominee, while Harris has a 33% chance.
