This acquisition follows the completion of a capital increase program with TOBAM, which raised about €1.1 million at a subscription price of €3.95 per share, facilitating the purchase of 10 BTC. Additionally, the conversion of BSA 2025-01 resulted in 2,274,754 new ordinary shares, enabling the acquisition of another 12 BTC. The company reported a year-to-date BTC yield of 1,373.2%, with gains of 549.3 BTC and €55.5 million.
