We kicked off our first live stream of Spellborne, diving into an immersive MMORPG that takes you on an epic adventure like no other. In Spellborne, players embark on a thrilling journey filled with quests, intense battles, and deep strategic gameplay. You start by choosing from three distinct characters—Atom, Bellatrix, or Cosmo—each with unique abilities that will shape your entire experience. But that’s not all! The Adventure Deepens:
Before entering Heiwa Village, I faced one of the toughest battles yet in the Sunshine Trial against Flarpy, a powerful air and apocalyptic monster. Its devastating attacks took down my monster in one blow, forcing me to rethink my strategy. I stocked up on health and stamina packs, which proved essential in surviving and defeating Flarpy. This victory was crucial for progressing into Heiwa Village, setting the stage for new quests and challenges in this week’s episode of Spellborne.
1. The Unusual Case of Beacons
In this quest, the adventure began in Heiwa Village, where I met the wise and enigmatic Librarian. The Librarian introduced me to the Book of Knowledge, a mystical tome filled with detailed information on every monster in the realm. This book is an essential resource for any adventurer, offering wisdom and strategies for facing the various creatures that roam the world.
After this enlightening encounter, we ventured outside to investigate the Beacon fountain, a central feature in Heiwa Village. Despite the ominous name of the quest, the investigation revealed nothing particularly unusual about the fountain itself. However, completing this seemingly straightforward task had significant implications: it unlocked the “Everything Is Makeshift” quest and allowed us to reach Perception Level 2 in the game. This level-up will likely prove crucial as we face more complex challenges ahead.
2. Everything Is Makeshift
In this quest, I met Specialist Cho at the Heiwa Crafting Building. He taught me how to craft special items, essential for surviving daily battles with other monsters. Completing this quest also unlocked the side quest “Riddle Me This.”
3. A Day at the Daycare
Before unlocking the side quest “Riddle Me This,” I explored Heiwa Village to familiarize myself with the new map. Out of curiosity, I entered a building and discovered it was a daycare, where I met Doctor Aiko. She immediately asked for my help to catch a Toadle that had been stolen from Heiwa Daycare. And of course, I happily accepted Dr. Aiko’s request.
4. Hatch a Bee
Unlocking this quest was no easy feat. It required facing off against Hachibee, an air monster with thunderbolt powers similar to Peekachoo, making it a formidable electric-type opponent. To defeat Hachibee, I first needed to capture another air monster, like Flarpy, to stand a chance in battle.
That’s a wrap for Spellborne: Season 1 – Main Quests!
Completing the last four quests has been a journey filled with challenges and valuable lessons, providing us with a deeper understanding of the game and enhancing our strategic skills.
Each quest in this final stretch tested different aspects of our gameplay. From the intense battle with Flarpy that required careful preparation, to the knowledge gained from the Book of Knowledge in Heiwa Village, we’ve learned the importance of being well-informed and equipped for the challenges ahead.
