Runestone NFT Collection Achieves Top Spot Across Key Marketplaces
As of March 17, 2024, data shows that Runestone’s NFT compilation holds the top spot in sales on the Okx and Magic Eden marketplaces. Magic Eden has seen Runestones generate a trading volume of 173.1 BTC or $11,649,906.
Since its initial listing, Magic Eden has witnessed 472.5961 BTC or $31.8 million worth of Runestones change hands. Presently, the minimum price for a Runestone NFT stands at about 0.047 BTC, equivalent to $3,163.

On the Okx NFT marketplace, the base value of a Runestone NFT slightly exceeds at 0.048 BTC. A trading volume of approximately 216.38 BTC has been noted, and since its introduction, the Runestone collection has amassed 594.5819 BTC or $40 million in secondary market acquisitions.
Data reveals there are roughly 112,400 Runestone NFTs, assigning the collection a market valuation close to $355 million. Leonidas, a notable NFT historian and the founder of Ord.io, is credited with creating the Runestone NFT collection.
These NFTs were distributed through an airdrop to Ordinals holders, requiring the ownership of at least three inscriptions to qualify for an NFT. Magic Eden reports that the Runestone collection boasts 91,300 distinct holders, with about 1.9% or roughly 2,000 NFTs available for sale. Meanwhile, 1.14% of the collection is listed on the Okx NFT marketplace.
