Republic, DePIN Project Mawari Launch Landmark US Node Sale via Reg D

Democratizing Access to Decentralized Infrastructure

The alternative asset investment platform, Republic, has partnered with the decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) project Mawari to launch the first license sale of Guardian Nodes for U.S. investors via Regulation D. This offering will be powered by Republic’s infrastructure management arm, Republic Runtime, and facilitated on Republic Launchpad through Opendeal Broker LLC.

According to a statement, this new initiative introduces Mawari’s Decentralized Infrastructure Offering (DIO) model to U.S. markets, laying a foundation for compliant and performance-driven node sales. With this launch, Republic users will gain exclusive early access starting July 23 — a week ahead of public availability.

Node offerings never reached U.S. soil — until now,” said Luis Oscar Ramirez, founder and CEO of Mawari. “This isn’t just a license sale; it’s the first step toward an immersive internet built and powered by its users.”

Ramirez added that Mawari’s collaboration with Republic now makes it possible for anyone to run a guardian node, fuel real-time XR, and share in the value they create.

As per the statement, Mawari’s offering breaks away from hype-driven node sales with a utility-first approach. Node operators will earn rewards for maintaining network uptime, amounting to 20% of the network’s total revenue. Licenses can be run on personal hardware (1 GHz CPU, 8 GB RAM minimum) or delegated to verified operators for full-service participation.

For those interested in passive involvement, Republic Runtime — home to $1.5 billion in staked assets and more than 100 validator nodes — is preparing a unique delegation experience, letting investors support the Mawari Network through enterprise-grade infrastructure.

Caitlin Szikszai of Republic Launchpad stated, “We’re proud to evolve our offerings with Mawari as the first node sale under the DIO model.”

As demand for spatial computing accelerates — projected to reach $377.45 billion by 2030 — Mawari’s community-powered architecture aims to position itself at the forefront of immersive AI content delivery.
