Openledger, Trust Wallet Team up to Launch AI-Powered Web3 Wallets

Bringing Intelligence Directly into the Wallet

In a major stride toward redefining Web3 usability, Openledger, the decentralized AI blockchain firm, and Trust Wallet have joined forces to launch AI-powered wallet experiences for the latter’s more than 200 million users. The collaboration aims to revolutionize how individuals interact with digital assets through AI-native wallet interfaces.

At the heart of this alliance is the development of intuitive AI assistants for decentralized finance (DeFi). According to a statement, these assistants allow users to execute complex on-chain tasks using natural language, thus significantly simplifying activities such as cross-chain transfers, staking, and trading.

“This brings intelligence directly into the wallet,” said Kamesh, Core Contributor at Openledger. “By merging Trust Wallet’s clean interface with OpenLedger’s AI infrastructure, we’re turning technical tasks into simple conversations.”

The integration promises a range of new features: wallets that respond to voice or text commands, smart transaction suggestions based on user behavior, and fully automated on-chain actions—all while maintaining transparency and ensuring users remain in control of their funds.

Trust Wallet CEO Eowyn Chen added, “We’re excited to explore how AI can personalize and simplify the wallet experience without compromising our mission of user ownership and self-custody.”

The collaboration marks a significant pivot toward making Web3 more accessible, especially for users still intimidated by blockchain’s complexity. As wallets evolve from static repositories into intelligent agents, Openledger and Trust Wallet aim to lay the foundation for a more user-friendly, secure, and dynamic digital future.

Meanwhile, Kamesh told Bitcoin.com News that the collaboration sets a precedent for how AI can be meaningfully “embedded within self-custodial environments without compromising decentralization or user control.” He added that bringing by AI agents into the wallet interface “we are redefining what intuitive UX means in Web3.”

While today’s wallets mostly just hold assets, the Openledger and Trust Wallet collaboration transforms wallets into smart and proactive companions—able to understand context and simplify the often confusing world of Web3 for a massive wave of future users.

“We believe this model will accelerate industry adoption of AI-native tooling and create more personalized, explainable, and secure interactions in crypto,” Kamesh added.
