With a daily trading volume of approximately $1.25 billion, Kraken aims to solidify its valuation and maintain momentum after recent legal victories. The company’s previous valuation was $11 billion in 2022, showcasing significant growth. Under the leadership of CEO Arjun Sethi, Kraken is also investing in growth initiatives, including the acquisition of futures trading platform Ninjatrader for $1.5 billion and the launch of a peer-to-peer payments app called “Krak.” Additionally, the exchange is expanding its offerings to include tokenized U.S. stocks on the Solana blockchain. This move aligns with a broader trend of crypto companies seeking public listings, reflecting renewed interest in the crypto sector.
