Gold prices reached another all-time high during early Monday hours, blasting past the $3,400 per troy ounce mark. Gold futures contracts reached prices of $3,405,94 on COMEX, surpassing the record numbers achieved on April 17. Coincidentally, before this rise, President Donald Trump stated on Truth Social that “he who has the gold makes the rules.”
