In addition to the changes on their website, they also updated their blog and have introduced new bitcoin exchange features.
In a new blog post by Gemini, they opened two new order options: maker-or-cancel andimmediate-or-cancel. They let you specify that your order should either be only liquidity-making or only liquidity-taking. These new order options are available now; you can learn more about them from their API documentation.
Gemini also stated,
We’ve been progressing at a pretty breakneck pace so far this year — but you might not hear from us as often over the next couple weeks. We have a few huge, groundbreaking new features in the works, and while they may take a little more time to deliver, we’re really excited about the changes ahead and can’t wait to share them with you.
