The VerifyVASP Alliance enables standardized and secure information exchange between Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) in alignment with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Travel Rule requirements. By connecting domestic and international VASPs, including platforms such as Upbit, the network facilitates compliant digital asset transfers among participating entities.

Through its participation in the alliance, Echobit expands its ability to support travel rule-compliant deposits and withdrawals across jurisdictions. The integration is designed to strengthen the exchange’s cross-border compliance processes and improve interoperability within an evolving global regulatory environment.

Echobit has progressively developed its travel rule infrastructure as part of a broader compliance strategy. Prior to joining VerifyVASP, the exchange integrated with the travel rule solution CODE and enabled compliant deposit and withdrawal channels with Coinone. These measures were intended to align operational processes with applicable regulatory standards in relevant markets.
