Trump praised Musk as a “brilliant” and “very smart guy,” expressing his openness to involving the Tesla boss in his administration if Musk were willing. Recently, Musk has offered to assist Trump in managing government spending by proposing the creation of a “government efficiency commission.” Trump endorsed this idea, calling Musk “the greatest cutter” and suggesting that Musk would be an ideal leader for such a commission focused on reducing waste and improving government efficiency.
