A poll conducted by research-driven technology investment firm Paradigm in June, published on Thursday, has revealed that Republicans strongly support financial freedom through cryptocurrency and oppose centralized control, such as central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Political candidates defending crypto, such as Sam Brown, Dave McCormick, and Bernie Moreno, enjoy significant GOP (Republican Party) support. Notably, 28% of Republicans own or have bought crypto, surpassing the national average. Younger and non-white Republicans are key demographics, with 41% of non-white and 45% of those under 40 owning crypto. Many hold substantial amounts, with 58% owning over $1,000.
