However, the card is available to anyone that owns bitcoin and wants to have a debit card to use their bitcoins as dollars. The card balance and account holder information is managed via the BitPay Visa user accounts page.
Cards can be ordered on BitPay Visa for $9.95 payable in bitcoin only. Cards ordered will take 7-10 business days to arrive from the date of your application.
