BitFury Goes FinTech In The U.K.

November 18, 2015, The BitFury Group, the leading Bitcoin infrastructure provider has announced a move into the realm of FinTech. The company is partnering with a series of groups who occupy the European financial technology scene. innovatefinanceBitFury is opening up an office located within Europe’s prestigious technology accelerator FinTech Center Level 39. The move will allocate the company’s blockchain infrastructure and transaction platforms amidst financial technology startups and operations in the region. The San Francisco based Bitfury has also partnered with the leading FinTech company Innovate Finance and has become part of the nonprofit organization in the thick of technology startups.

The distributed ledger infrastructure team will help support innovation utilizing Innovate Finance’s inhouse blockchain laboratory that also includes the software giant IBM. They will also be working alongside Hartree Lab researching applications using Bitcoin technology. Valery Vavilov, BitFury CEO, “We are looking forward to working closely with Innovate Finance, UK government, Level 39 and European-based financial institutions to facilitate adoption of blockchain technology in Europe.” Blockchain analysis has spearheaded the financial tech industry in Europe, Canada, and the United States. BitFury wants to lead development within this industry and encompass the elements of emerging sciences.
