BitDCA (BDCA) Launches on MEXC and PancakeSwap Following Successful $8 Million Fundraising Round

MEXC, one of the top 10 largest cryptocurrency exchanges by trading volume, has now listed BDCA with a USDT trading pair.

The listing comes days after BitDCA announced success in its fundraising efforts, raising over $8 million.

According to the announcement, the BDCA token will be available for trading against USDT pairs. Users can start trading the BDCA token on MEXC and the decentralized exchange PancakeSwap beginning February 26 at 15:00 UTC.

The listing marks a significant milestone for BDCA, with anticipation building around its upcoming product launch. It comes barely a week after BitDCA announced its cooperation with premier payment gateways such as Visa and Mastercard — cementing a path towards global acceptance through Bitcoin based DCA savings. According to the team, the token serves as the backbone of the BitDCA ecosystem, offering its core utility—rewarding holders with a share of the fees generated from every transaction made by users of the Littlebit app.

Ahead of its listing, MEXC also presented BDCA within its kickstarter campaign — an activity initiated during the pre-launch stage of the project where MEXC community can get behind upcoming projects, which then airdrops its tokens to select users.

What is BitDCA?

Based in Prague, the fintech startup aims to simplify Bitcoin investments. Unlike traditional competition services such as Revolut, BitDCA and its app, Littlebit, allow users to invest using their existing payment cards without the need to open a new account or use a specific card. Littlebit invests automatically based on user settings—users simply choose the percentage of their payments to invest, and the app converts that amount into Bitcoin, enabling them to save effortlessly every time they use their payment card.

Hosted on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network, BDCA token holders will be able to get a share of the revenue generated from every transaction within BitDCA’s upcoming Littlebit app – through staking rewards. According to the company litepaper, BitDCA raised over $8 million in presale through BDCA tokens.

The company claims that over 1000 token holders had already supported the development of BitDCA by investing into presale rounds; however claims that 93.2% of that investment is staked and locked for multiple years.
