Renna Ba

Renna Ba is the Director of Partnerships at Morph, where she leads the end-to-end strategy for ecosystem expansion, stablecoin growth, and payments adoption across the network. She oversees partnerships with leading DeFi protocols, payment providers, infrastructure teams, and global stablecoin issuers, driving Morph's vision of becoming the settlement layer for global payments networks. Renna entered the crypto industry through a policy and governance lens while completing her Master's in Political Management at George Washington University. Before joining Morph, Renna led DeFi growth at Offchain Labs / Arbitrum, working with top DeFi teams on chain expansion, integrations, and GTM strategy. Prior to Arbitrum, she worked in protocol services business development at Messari following earlier experience in community building, government affairs, and international media operations across the U.S. and Greater China.
